I saw a Pampers commercial on TV.....

Traci: 
"Mommy! Come here. Look at this commercial."

(I rewinded TiVo so that Mommy can see it... it's important)

Mommy: 
"Yes, Traci those babies are very cute".
Traci: 
"No, Mommy. Watch..... 
They have proven that babies wake up dry with Pampers. 
Maybe we should get some Pampers for Riley".

Mommy: 
"Yes. Maybe we should."

Another trip to the pumpkin patch

It was a beautiful day, so we decided to take another trip to the pumpkin patch.  Fun for all!

River Fun

Heading across the ferry with my best bud, Jaden for a fun-filled day at the river!  It turned out to be a really exciting day when we spotted a water snake swimming with us... NOT cool!  It was still a very nice day and everyone had a blast.

Happy Birthday to Me!

Look who finally turned 5 years old!  I thought it would never get here.  I get to celebrate my birthday several times this year... my actual birthday on the 9th, a picnic birthday party at my favorite park on Mother's Day the 13th, and my Oma is coming for a visit at the end of the month, so we get to celebrate it then too!  I can get used to this!

We love to visit Ben & Linda at their Farm.  There's always something fun to do!

Richmond Zoo

I got to go on a field trip to the Richmond Zoo with my preschool.  It was lots of fun.  The giraffes were my favorite!

Easter a week early

It was a fun-filled weekend for celebrating Easter a week early!  I got to go Easter egg hunting both Saturday and Sunday.  What fun! 

Saturday's hunt was at my school.  They did a great presentation of the REAL Easter story.  Praise God for sending your only Son who laid down his life for our sins.  He has risen and we rejoice!

Fun at the Park

It's always a good time at the park.... even if you little brother follows you around all the time.  Be careful what you wish for.... I remember wishing Riley would hurry up and grow so he could come play with me.... hummmmm......

I enjoyed family day at the park fishin' with my Daddy.  Didn't have much luck with the fish, but we were blessed with a beautiful, sunny day.  Even Gamma, Pop-Pop and Mandy joined in the fun, since it was right around the corner from them.

Snow!

We finally got some snow this season.... it was wet snow and not a lot of it, but I still had lots of fun playing!

New Glasses!

Check it out!  I got new glasses today.  Actually, I got two pair... one pink and one purple.  I keep telling everyone that I can see with and without them, but I'm foolin' no-one... I like to wear them all the time.  Now, if only I could teach my baby brother that he needs to wear his all the time....

Dress up day at school

Today was "dress up as your favorite animal" day at school today.  Can you guess what I am?

On a sad note, today was also the day Great Mammaw died.  We love you and miss you and we rejoice in the fact that you are now pain free and singing God's praises in Heaven!  We'll see 'ya later!
