Happy Easter

We spent Easter and Gamma & Pop-Pop's house. My cousins Kelly and Nicole hid eggs and I had fun hunting for them with my cousin, Alana. It was rather chilly outside, so I had to wear tennis shoes. I'd much rather be barefoot. I cannot walk well in shoes.

I'm 10 months old today!

Look how big I am! I'm growing up SO fast! I started walking on my own just shy of my 10 month birthday.

Well, it didn't take me long after learning that push toy! Now look what I can do. I'm still a little wobbly, but I'm trying. I'm getting more and more brave every day.

My buddy Caleb

I went to my buddy Caleb's 1st birthday party today (that's him on the right). I had so much fun! We played and played and played. I wish he lived closer so we could get together more often.

I said "Ma-Ma"!!!

Well, I finally got it right..... for months I have been referring to Mommy as "Na-na" (combining "ninny" with "Mommy"). But I finally warmed Mommy's heart with "Ma-ma" today. It made Mommy so happy. I will surely find a way to use this to my advantage.

Not only that, but the army-crawl is OUT. I have mastered the hands and knees crawl. Still, I would much rather walk to my destination if given the choice.

9 Months Old!

I'm 9 months old today. Look how big I am!

My 9-month checkup went well (aside from the shots). I am in the 75% for height and 25% for weight. I am "cruising" all over the house, using walls, couches, chairs, etc. as support. It won't be long before I'm off and running on my own.
